About the Role
We are hiring an Admin cum HR professional to keep our office running smoothly and support our growing team. The role combines day-to-day office administration with core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration, records, and supplies.
- Coordinate recruitment, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and basic HR documentation.
- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts.
- Assist management with reports, follow-ups, and vendor coordination.
- Help foster a positive and organised work environment.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in admin, HR, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and general office tools.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle confidential information.
- A proactive, people-first attitude.
